The wrist allows us to lift, grip and twist objects, and lets us bend, tilt and stretch our hands. It’s a complex joint, and when sprained or strained or impaired through injury, trauma,  arthritis or repetitive strain injury (RSI), performing everyday activities can be painful and challenging to carry out.
