Darko Stojic graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and a Masters in Physiotherapy Practice.
Darko has gained experience working as physiotherapist across a variety of sporting settings, where he has treated athletes, cyclists and football players. Darko works primarily out of Action Rehab’s clinic at Holmesglen Private Hospital, where he has developed a keen interest in management of acute trauma including finger, wrist, elbow and shoulder fractures, sprains and strains. Working directly with orthopaedic and plastic surgeons in this setting has helped further bolster his knowledge. He has developed an interest in research through his time at Moorabbin.
Darko prides himself in delivering quality care alongside Ben and the rest of the Action Rehab team. He has undertaken further study in courses including dry needling to further bolster the repertoire of skills and services that he can provide to his clients.
Darko is a multilingual member of the Action Rehab team, able to converse and deliver information in Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian.
Darko is one of the most interesting people you will ever meet and he can talk on subjects as diverse as pets to cars. He is also a die-hard Essendon supporter not old enough to remember the heady days of the mid 80’s. On weekends, you can find him tinkering on cars and attempting to salvage his golf game.
