Paige Pfeiffer is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Monash University, where she developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, rehabilitation, and client-centred care.
During university, Paige worked as a habit coach within the NDIS space, supporting both adults and children to build meaningful routines and independence in their daily lives. This experience fostered her interest in working across the lifespan, particularly with paediatric clients.
She further developed her clinical interests during her final placement at The Royal Children’s Hospital, working within the hand therapy and burns team. There, she saw first-hand the significant impact upper limb injuries can have on function and quality of life, leading to her strong interest in upper limb rehabilitation, including trauma-related injuries, scar management, and wound care.
Paige is dedicated to helping patients return to their pre-injury activities, whether that be work, sport, or everyday tasks that matter most to them. She has completed additional training in dry needling, which she incorporates into her treatment approach, and is committed to delivering individualised, client-centred care. She aims to make each therapy session practical, positive, and engaging.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys staying active through gym training and tennis, as well as unwinding with a good book and spending time with her dog.
In her younger years, she competed with Mentone Surf Life Saving Club and played in various netball teams. She is also a passionate supporter of the Melbourne Football Club and now dedicates her time to helping clients overcome upper limb injuries at Action Rehab.
