Namra Chughtai is a dedicated professional in the field of physical therapy. She earned her DPT degree from the University of Lahore, Pakistan, and later specialized in Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy, earning a Masters from Riphah International University.

During her time at university, Namra dived into various health-related subjects like human anatomy and rehabilitation sciences. She also gained valuable hands-on experience in healthcare through clinical work under orthopedic surgeons and senior physical therapists, giving her a full picture of how to help people.

In her final clinical placement, Namra found her passion for hand therapy. This excitement comes from her fascination with the details of the upper limb’s anatomy and seeing how hand therapy can make a big difference in people’s lives. Her goal is clear: to help patients get back to how they lived before their injury, whether that means going back to work, playing sports, or other important parts of their lives.

Namra is dedicated to keeping up with the latest in hand therapy research, making sure she can offer the best and most creative treatments to her patients. She takes pride in creating personalized rehab plans for each person’s unique needs.
Now, Namra works with Action Rehab, where she plays a crucial role in assisting people in overcoming upper limb injuries. Her main focus is on helping patients regain their abilities and live satisfying lives after an injury.

Outside of work, Namra relaxes by enjoying her favorite entertainment, whether that’s binge-watching Netflix or reading books that help her grow. She’s also a big fan of Manchester United, showing her love for sports outside of her professional life.
