Marianne Jackson-Grose

Marianne Jackson-Grose graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy. During University Marianne studied a variety of health-related fields including human anatomy, human biomechanics, and health sciences.

She has also had clinical experience working in Women’s Health, and Private Practice with a focus on Clinical Pilates. Marianne developed a passion for hand and upper limb physiotherapy during her final year of university and clinical placements. She believes this passion grew from her interest in the anatomy of the upper limb and seeing the direct impact that hand therapy can have on someone’s life.

Marianne strives to help patients return to their pre-injury level, whether that be work, sport or anything that is important to them. Marianne particularly enjoys staying up to date with the latest in hand therapy research and developing tailored rehabilitation programs for her patients.

Outside of work you’ll find Marianne walking her dog and listening to educational podcasts, going to the gym, and spending quality time with family. She enjoys eating Thai food, baking desserts and convincing her friends to do karaoke with her.

Luckily for Action Rehab, Marianne now dedicates her time to Action Rehab supporting people to overcome their upper limb injuries.
