During University Dee Chaudhry studied a variety of health related fields including human anatomy and nutritional sciences. She also has clinical experience working at Jewish care, community as a therapy assistant, Monash hospital, Cabrini hospital and Beleura private hospital.
Dee developed a passion for hand therapy during her second clinical placement at university. She believes this passion grew from her interest in the anatomy of the upper limb and seeing the direct impact that hand therapy can have on someone’s life.
Dee strives to help patients return to their pre-injury level, whether that be work, sport or anything that is important to them. Dee particularly enjoys staying up to date with the latest in hand therapy research and developing tailored rehabilitation programs for her patients.
Outside of work you’ll find Dee representing her local club and barracking passionately for her beloved, Collingwood, in the AFL. Luckily for Action Rehab, Dee’s passion for sport and movement extends beyond the side lines, with a strong interest in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and helping active individuals return to doing what they love.
Dee now dedicates her time to Action Rehab supporting people to overcome their upper limb injuries.
