Kara Pocervina graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2007 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Working initially in a large public hospital, she rotated into the hand therapy team where she remained until leaving Melbourne. Upon her return to Melbourne in 2013, Kara decided to pursue a career focused on hand therapy, working initially in both the private and public sector before undertaking a full-time role with at Action Rehab in 2014.
