SERVICE AREAS

Rachel Ball graduated from University of Liverpool, in England with a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy. Rachel has worked for three years within the NHS, working in both hospital ward settings and musculoskeletal outpatients. She later specialised in  a musculoskeletal role, developing knowledge in the assessment and treatment of chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions.

Rachel worked closely with upper limb clinical specialists and consultants whilst completing a rotation on fracture clinic. This is where she developed a passion for the upper limb and has enjoyed treating acute upper limb injuries ever since. She believes this passion grew seeing the direct impact that therapy can have at improving someone from the acute injury back to their normal function.

Rachel also has clinical experience working with Netball athletes, managing acute injuries and fractures. She enjoys working with different athletes and learning about new sports, whilst rehabbing people back to their sport.

Outside of work, you’ll find Rachel exploring Melbourne in her shorts, she has recently relocated from Manchester so still thinks it’s warm. She can be found watching the Melbourne Vixens or Collingwood at the Netball.
